Pricing:

We price our products in Great Britain Pound (GBP). However, it is also available to choose to pay by different currency. If you pay by credit card, it is your responsibility to bear the charges by your credit card company in your local currency.

Books Plus will stick to the marked price as long as the item is in stock. However, if an item is out of stock we may have to change the marked price subject to price change by the publishers or the manufacturers of that particular item or subject to changes in exchange rate when the product is imported.

we will endeavour to deliver your orders in time and in good condition. Your order will arrive to you depending on the shipping service you have chosen. Books Plus will ensure that orders are dispatched as soon as they are received.

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and the estimated arrival time. If you have not received your order in the time we expected please contact us and we will chase and track your order and in the case of further delay will send you a replacement order.

If an item is out of stock or needs special order will notify you by email to explain. if you cannot wait or need the item quickly you can cancel your order. Books Plus does not accept any liability for delays that are beyond its reasonable control.
